This is a well researched book covering the dangers of dealing with the Occult. The stories herein are most frightening, and it is only after the unfortunate souls play around with occult items do they learn the truth that it is not a game and has life threatening consequences. There is ample details of men and women who learn that spells and intentions often backfire and it is best to leave things alone in the first place. Intervention was required in every case and was not always 100% successful. An excellent paranormal read, guide and warning book.
I wish this book was longer. Amazing short and scary true stories that make you think and realize that evil is real and can be found were you least expect it. Or it can find you.I've read many books that sound fake and made up stories about the paranormal but not this one . I recommend this book to everyone. Belivers and non believers alike. The final story in this book is about a non believer who was tricked to join a cult that claimed Demons are not real, and since he is a non believer he soon changed his beliefs and searched for the opposite of what he experienced. Evil manifested in a foul, grotesk hellish being before his eyes. Get this book. You won't be disappointed.
Very eye opening. I especially appreciate the emphasise put on the fact that the result doesn't always come right away and may be subtle enough to not connect the dots. Highly recommend for anyone who thinks "it's all harmless fun."
Great book, bummed it was not longer...well written, NOT boring or cheesy, no repeats of stories from other 📚...def worth under $12 if your into True Paranormal stories like I've been for over 25 yrs

Very educational! We live in a society that can encourage opening spiritual dark doors we can not close. Great book with interesting stories to help us keep from falling in these traps!
I really enjoyed all the stories in this book. Definitely worth the money!
While the author borrows heavily from other sources, these are in the bibliography, and are well chosen. A good and quick read.
